The Challenge

As an award-winning residential builder featured in Southern Living and other national publications, Dillard-Jones needed a marketing piece that balanced luxury with approachability. Their old collateral felt dated and didn’t convey the artistry or craftsmanship that defines their homes. We set out to design a lookbook that felt timeless — something homeowners would want to hold onto, not just flip through.

We created a high-end, editorial-style lookbook that captures the warmth and sophistication of Dillard-Jones’ homes. Every layout was designed to highlight stunning photography and clean typography, echoing the architectural balance in their builds.

We focused on:
